Kanna family days are special intergenerational events and programs designed to get athletes of all ages working out and experiencing fitness together!

Preschool classes are designed for ages 3-6 yrs. The emphasis in these classes is introducing functional movement exercises. This is done exclusively through fun and games. All exercises are unloaded for this age group.
We offer a 15% discount for athletes also registering for a youth fitness class in the same session. session. Contact steph@Kanna.fit to register with the discount.
Kids classes are designed for elementary-aged children (1st-6th). The emphasis in these classes is introducing functional movement exercises and applying them in a workout. This is done through age-appropriate instruction, fun, and games. Lightly loaded exercises with dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls are used introduced to this age group.

Come join Nutrition Coach Marla Pachler for an afternoon of great company and laughs all while being able to learn how quick and easy it is to batch prep eight family-friendly meals! Marla went to culinary school and has extensive experience in the culinary/nutrition world, so she is the perfect person to lead this! Date: Sunday, February 12 Time: 11:00am – 1:00pm Cost: $275 Spots Available: 14 (open to the public; Kanna members get priority) What’s Included: Eight family-friendly freezer bag meals that serve 5-7 people & a printed copy of all recipes we will be prepping that day Bring with you: cutting board, knife, and cooler (for prepped meals) We will do the shopping for you! We are SUPER excited to do this since it's so practical and helps with the daunting task of meal prepping. Plus, it's more fun when we do it together!
Prerequisite to joining group classes. Includes five 1:1 sessions to learn foundational movements, assess strength, cardio, and overall fitness levels, and orient new member to the apps we use to reserve class, track workouts, etc.
